Hawk - Thanks for the response about value of net debt. Now, my calculation was at $685M and yours was $616M. Difference is $69M.
While that doesn't seem like much, especially in the past... it works out to about $0.40 per share equity value and with the stock currently trading at ~$1.60 that makes for approximately 25% difference in total equity value!!!! That's huge.
So with that in mind, please detail how you arrive at the W/C value of +$33M to put into the net debt calculation. I concur with the LTD and CD amouonts of $336M and $313M, respectively.
