Actually Allana has about US$7M in cash, but $10M is already spoken for.

SO, working capital is negative $3M.

I thing that ICL's warrants will get repriced to about 35-40 cents and ICL will invest additional 40M at which ti ether will take ALLANA out

this will happen in next 6months or so..
