This is so true, the man is obviously in the private sector and successful. A year or so ago I would have liked to have seen a JV simply because there would not have been a learning curve and the resources would have been available.
But there was not a JV, probably because they know what the unforseen hurdles are......... more than 95% of juniors never make it to productrion.
So I agree, we should be thankful to management that they bit the bullet and began the learning curve.
None of this will matter once we are in production.
It may be simple to think that loading one barge in simple, but HBK's ability to load one barge equals all future contracts.
