I think the $52.50 price is conservative but I woudn't call it exceedingly conservative. If oil prices would increase 20% by the end of the year, average 52.50 for they year and finish at $60 I would be happy. We haven't averaged 52.50 so far this year and we are heading into the worst quarter for oil prices. I likie a conservative approach by management. I bought back into LRE after their last update. If they forcasted an average WTI price of $60 management would of lost some credibility. I like the 52.50 and don't feel it's exceedingly conservative.
