Just reminded me of how I had to painstakingly transcribe notes from the Conference Calls because rdx would rarely release them in hard copy.  I believe I only obtained one hard copy, and that one probably came from an investment house ... don't recall exactly.  I called rdx and Crescendo several times asking for hard copy transcripts to no avail.
