Scanned the MD&A on Sedar and found a few things:

- historically they did a special year end dividend that would basically allow them to bonus up to 50% of EBITDA which is paid in Q1 (that is why they show $.13 paid in Q1 2014); they essentially paid out .15 in regular dividends or roughly $4.0m in $ which would seem to give room to do another (this may be part of Bourassa's income as well).

- entered in to agreement to buy another building for $4.2m; they have the cash and financing available but this may impact my first point

- Warrants on the PP are exercisable at $4.25/share in the amount of 2.875m shares; this is a decent equity raise up until April 2017 and is less than 10% dilutive

Would love to see a div bump but this is a set it and forget it.  Great company.  GLTA
