It was a message from one person to one person, accusing them (you) of being someone else. It does not become eligible for consideration as libel or slander unless one of the two people involved decided to try to spread the contents to a wider audience.
The person who chose to disseminate it was you. Whatever your motives, the only reason anyone else is seeing the content of this PM is because you decided to spread the message. In effect, you have declared you have no problem with people seeing it. Of course. the other people named in it are free to feel differently. But they would only have a legal question re you, not the person who sent you the message privately.
I am only taking the time to explain this as, like everyone else on these boards, I am sick and tired of your foolish, offensive and transparent attempts at libel chill and hope you have the sense to stop.
Or do you plan to repeat all your nonsense from the past and then ask to have all your new posts remove in a few weeks time, just like you did with all your old ones.
