RB, bill is a rabble rouser with no skin in the game, CREDE is what CREDE is, had it not been for CREDE ORT would be BK a long time ago and CREDE has IMO been very "kind" to ORT compared to what they coulda been doing...so why because a rabble rouser is rousing do you bite like billrube..FYI the "market conditions" are what they always have been , it took a short diversion into insanity when the price ran up to $0.45, it is now back to rational...the CREDE Y provides ORT with $30M with huge dilution which IMO is far better than $0M and no dilution (BK), retail owners have had lots of opportunity to sell above the current price when this outcome was predicted by me (and unfortunately not too many others) for some time...you should hope ORT gets the $30M and then pray that GK has sufficient competence to get HPA3 to work (i have none which is why i own only a very small placeholder ownership)
