if he really wanted to participate in the private placement, he should have held at .11 and invested MORE money into the placement.  INSTEAD, he BENEFITED by acting on MATERIAL information that was soon to be released and not yet available to the PUBLIC, that he had access to as an INSIDER.  This is pretty much the exact definition of insider trading.

Why should I thank him for investing money that he ALREADY had invested in the company...AND he profited around $5000.00...

Well, this is definitely going to get reported to the OSC.

In addition to this, who know how much else he has been selling through his wife and son.  I could understand if we were stable, but we are all hanging on by a thread and this guy has been juicing us for years.
