good example of how management usually comes out ahead.
stock option plan was voted down last year so arn awards 'rsu's instead.
some stuff that i read between the lines of the mumbo jumbo of paper-
the hedge fund may or may not be aligned with the previous deb holders but they certainly aren't aligned with management at arn
the swaps are probably spread out among the big 4 banks so agreement on the bank line could get iffy
aspenleaf deal will come up again
tax pools are overstated and reclamation under so expect some scrutiny when the smoke clears and if lightstream still owns a chunk then don't expext a savior soon
anyway,good luck here and especially to the folks from swan hills who have to suffer this nonsense like clockwork.
keep some memory here for next time-arn was toast way before any collapse in oil price as old hands are well aware.
