RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:fairly clear nowNearly 30 people have posted comments on this board during March alone.  Virtually all believe that financial rape and pillage has been and continues to be inflicted on shareholders, note and debenture holders.  There is no evidence that either the Directors or senior executives have been working in the interest of the current owners of ARF. 

Yet none on this board have a clear and certain knowledge of what legal measures (if any) may ensure that the operations are not handed over to Brookfield without either stakeholder approval or recourse to bankruptcy or CCAA proceedings.  If posters believe there is something worth salvaging or at least saving from what a lot like grand theft , then some legal clarification and counsel should be sought immediately.  JMHO
