RE:Financial post article

RE:Financial post articleSo there is obviously some truth to this rumor since it is not being denied here.  What does everyone think may happen next?

I don't understand why the Chinese company wouldn't just outbid ICL?

ICL does have the take-or-pay offtake agreement in place so may  not make sense for another company to bid here.

"Allana did have options apart from an outright takeover. According to a source, the company was in negotiations to sell a large stake in itself to a state-owned Chinese construction firm that could finance the project. The source said the premium was very significant. But Mr. Abasov argued the Chinese option would be punitive for shareholders.

“It would be close to 100%, if not more, dilution for shareholders,” he said."
-------------
This is outrageous! 100% dilution with good premium to market price and financed for production would have been far superior deal compared to the current one. -> Instant shareprice appreciation and still 20-bagger potential for shareholders. ICL deal is criminal.
