RE:Why so many shares for Desjardin

Caisse (Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec) is one of the largest if not the largest pension fund
and since they own more than 10% of outstanding shares they are conisdered to be an insider.
Why buying you ask? I guess, they see value here...;)
