If you aren't sure about it, there are many making enhanced graphite and calling it graphene. Grafoid makes the real deal. They have many joint venture research and development going on with a dozen universities and several fortune 500 companies. Grafoid doesn't sell graphene, they will get royalties and own companies that use graphene in production. They already own 2 companies and soon to add a third one.
