In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. RE:RE:Message Board SentimentIngiboy, sentiment feels like we are either at a bottom or darn close to it.  I think a lot of posters think they will get cheaper shares after a reverse split.   This makes me think we will rally when they finally get around to it.   For small caps this is often a tough period.  You have that long wait between the Q3 report and annual report.  The bashers are out in force with all sorts of BS trying to take advanatage of the news vacuum. 

Take the cash burn posts for example.  Petroamerica is going to spend something like 5 - 10 mil on Capex in the 2nd half if prices remain low.  You have posters like Mouserman (who obviosuly is looking for cheap shares) trying to claim they will burn cash with that type of Capex and it just isn't going to happen.
