The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:RE:Message Board SentimentWell the nice thing is that the 4thQ report and the yeaarend financials are just around the corner. We will see who is the fool here, is PTA going to show they are a cash cow, or a cash burner. Will they end 2014 with a lot less cash , reserves and production, or with more ?
Listen to whomever you trust the most..... I have nothing to hide, i show my portfolio for everyone to see. I close positions and open some. My latest additions were INA and RRS, and posted that on the board here. You can see how they are doing, and compare that to holding PTA the last month.
