Aside from sounding very covert and clandestined.... who exactly is 'blocking' his communication tools. CIA, FBI, CSIS, ISIS, The Amish Mafia.... for gawd's sake man don't get involved it sounds very grave, perilous and maybe even pernicious.  Do be careful out there!!! A hangnail or ripped cuticle are very pestilent inded.
