Bright Future ...

Here is a stock ... almost entirely leased ... to a blue chip grocery chain ... with all kids of growth prospects. This is a major holding in my portfolio, and the recent move has been appreciated!

It will take a few years for things to really rock and roll ... but in the mean time, this one should perform well for the long investor!
