RE:RE:Loyalist is wound up like a spring ready to pop.......

Well Wiseom, I am a investor with a title not working for anyone but myself, you are now questioning me on my points that I have personally seen posted on this board since there the mergers and acquisitions that took place here over a 1 1/2 years ago

I do feel for these employees that are let go after major acquisitions some are inherited after the whole transition takes place and the company would find themselves having too much top management so it is common place in every merger and acquisition to let go these people go with an expensive package - the common term is " Top Management Heavy" and by terminating them there is big up front cost that take away from the bottom line temporarily, thus profits look lower until these cost are absorbed over time. ( so Loyalist is more profitable than they can show plus all the cost of the transition with system put in place are one time up front cost that are already done. ( it is the nature of the business)

Then posters started showing up putting their cards on the table as upset bitter ex employees that started posting and attacking the Company's management over and over saying that they were employed and terminated due to the mergers and acquisitions as they all think they can run a Company better, they admitted to being ex employees that were offered cheaper shares as employees and that they could be dumping here keeping the price down for spite.

Which I make my own conclusions that they would be selling against the New Co's operation as they post they do not agree with management and as I stated everything stated was "just my own opinion"

There is two releases over due now :

# 1 for the spin off coming  - TORONTO,ONTARIO (Marketwire – February 9, 2015) - Loyalist Group Limited ("Loyalist", the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: LOY) announced today that its board of directors has approved a strategic plan to spin-off its student housing business into a separate entity. The Company is confident that transitioning the housing business into a stand-alone entity will better position it to capitalize on market opportunities and enhance shareholder value, while at the same time allowing Loyalist to focus on its fast-growing ESL, Career-College and Agency businesses.  Source: https://www.loyalistgroup.com/news/news_view

2nd should be a release for Loyalist completes $9.77-million private placement when they already had A LINE OF CREDIT from BMO with no dilution, shares or broker fees at a low interest rate.

I sir ask you how many Companies on the venture have a low interest rate line of credit not used 100% and then completes a $9.77-million private placement which gives them a large amount of cash available now for more

Loyalist Announces New $18.5 Million Credit Facility    Nov 17, 20

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire - November 17, 2014) - Loyalist Group Limited ("Loyalist" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:LOY) today announced that it has entered into a new $18.5 million credit facility, replacing the Company's current credit facility thus adding an additional $18 million of capital to support Loyalist's growth. Source: https://www.loyalistgroup.com/news/news_view

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - November 26, 2014) - Loyalist Group Limited ("Loyalist" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: LOY) today announced financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2014.

Third quarter revenue for the three months ended September 30, 2014, was a record $19.6 million, an increase of 93% over the same period in 2013. Income from operations was $3.2 million, a 43% increase over the same period in 2013, while net income was $1.9 million, an increase of 14% over the same period in 2013. Adjusted EBITDA was $3.6 million, an increase of 50% over the same period in 2013, and Adjusted EBITDA margin was 18.6%.

These profits would be even larger if not for all the terminations required with transition cost hit all up front, thing are better than they seem.

If these ex-employees understood the market they would not be selling in my humble opinion but they state they are selling but if they understood the market they would hold, some were selling during tax loss season and complaining read old post of these unemployed shareholders and you will see.

Really do some DD before the run I see coming.

I like my investments unlike other posters that say they buy and chirp the stock and Company - this makes no sense at all  if I am not happy I move on.
