RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:couldDoesn't matter whats in the ground or how much it costs to take it out if the tax law states 99% of everything mined is owed to Ecuador's government. Your statement is beyond silly. Good luck finding a company to mine the land if the tax rate was 99%... so knowing the tax rate is relavent.
