They have a 175mm available, but does that mean it's a good idea to use it in this current environment?  As I see it, O&G stocks with a ton of debt are being punished right now in the market, so given our current s/p, why would PPY want to follow suit and take on debt?  Other than using their credit line, what options do they have for cash?

Perhaps I'm asking the wrong question - what are the current and upcoming expenses we have to look forward to, and how will they be paid for? (I don't mean this facetiously, to make money you have to spend money).
