Mart in their announcement came "clean" with th e Wade issue, at least I think so. Other companies in a similar situation would get rid of him so quickly, but not Mart. They have retained him for his expertise because he was the negoitator  for other deals.

It appears to me that Mart still needs him and I am wondering what he has in mind.

It is my opinion and I have said this before, if the SP drops dramatically then Midwestern is in a lot of trouble. Then would this be a good thing for others to jump in with offers. I also believe that the Nigerian government has a lot to do with this and that they are working behind the scenes
