RE:RE:CC question why is ORT pumping duke energy...

RE:RE:CC question why is ORT pumping duke energy...funnymoney, it has certainly diminished, but i believe when i first posted about him i stated i was unsure how well he would turn out in this kinda situation... he has failed IMO in a couple of key areas:a) not turning over the BoD and b) not getting rid of both GK and the CFO...but he was IMO likely enticed by the AMF to become a director to clean up the abhorant governance of ORT (and it was truly pathetic), when he became COB it was likely a case of him being the only with creds...but having said that ORT lives or dies by HPA1 then HPA2 and now HPA3, it is likely ORT shoulda been BK'ed by now and still faces that very likely future...so end of day could any have done any better i am unsure the kinda money ORT needs given their history of significant failure it is hard to believe anyone would give them any money.  PS my going in concern of GK was based on the share price of the company he was CEO of at the time, that is a huge 99% tell of competence (i believe the stock was about $0.18 at the time)..somebody needed to competence to go ahead with CREDE and at least put the huge money issue behind them, retailers who are married to the stock will scream but those who are married will stay so till the end
