RE:Location, location, location. rahaxi was a securtiy trading  on a us stock exchange. wouldnt it only be common sense for the SEC to be responsible for investigating these crooks!!!!  thats what the secs excuse is? that they are  not in the US? arnt there tons of companies trading on US stock exchanges right now that are located in foreign countries? so you mean to tell me if they were fraudulant the SEC wouldnt be responsible?The main point here is, is tthat Egan stole the company before it was delisted  which means the SEC did not do their job before,  at the time of delsiting or even after!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  It is no dought the Secs job to investigate these crooks !!!!!!!!!!!!
