Did RHI not start work on March 30..hmmmm

Did RHI not start work on March 30..hmmmm..another failed timeline by GK???  the reason i believe so is simple, it was not mentioned in Q1 material events as having started even though they reference RHI and March 30  (again poorly written quite frankly and i suspect what happened is they just failed to update it properly) and as MARCH 30 financing was referenced as current the RHI thingy should've been...so sad can't even get this kinda thing correct...so the big question is when will RHI begin work, i'm guessing after teh Easter long weekend
