we are done

we are doneif money comes in it will have huge dilutive effects 30 mill debt cant hold our land, with existing production we are basicly insolvent with management that has way too much on their plate to worry about . I still have mill or so shares but not even sure about buying back in at 5 cent. land is part of nav but if we can hold it without another 15 million cash injection. the last 14 million yielded us about 250 bbl/day after 90 days couldn't even hold production flat why is d3 getting 4 times that and torc getting double. I cant see us being bought out for even the debt value. any suggestions? thoughts where but bankrupt in a 4 million market cap, miller see s no way out but sell he is in at about 45 cent average from my calcs
