Sanchez Energy in $85 Million Eagle Ford Asset Sale

Sanchez Production Partners (SPP) has acquired from Sanchez Energy wellbore and associated interests in certain producing oil and gas wells in the non-operated Palmetto field in Eagle Ford, for approximately $85 million. The consideration consists of $83 million cash and 1,052,632 common units of SPP valued at approximately $2 million.
