RE:RE:More info from Prospectussoul, i will also add this, i often had intriguing "financial reporting and theory" discussions with our auditor (often just to guage their understanding of accounting, tax reporting, management reporting, etc.) and i will claim this, it is irrelavent from any viewpoint to have/enable pre-revenue companies play around with capex and opex, for them and owners it all cash flow negative, and gets treated as a great big tax break, like ORT they should never be able to get away with reporting capex needs for HPA3 but not associated opex...they generate no cash flow (earned interest is only deirivative)
