PP - summary

PP - summaryImmediate
  • FCU gets around 15 million dollars extra for drilling up more pounds. With the recent 600W developments we can be pretty sure where most of this money will go to.
  • FCU gets around 2.5% more dilution / outstanding shares
Reading between the lines
  • Going to the market to get more money while you still have plenty of cash in the bank, probably means there's no 9.9% partnership in sight. The attitude FCU now shows is one of a company simply finishing the winter drilling program and preparing for the summer drilling program. For which they need money.
  • It also means there are no immediate takeover talks. Sure you keep running the company as usual even when you're in takeover talks, but if things were serious then a serious bidder wouldn't want any more extra dilution when he's about to lay down 80 times as much money than a 15 million dollars.
  • This also has a solid chance of killing the upwards momentum we had.
