RE:consolidation.I have been wondering about this scenario for a while.  I don't want a consolidation, especially if they do MORE THAN a 2 for 1 split.  Like you, I had hoped PLI could progress without share consolidation. I bought PLI shares partly because I saw an opportunity and value but also because I could accumulate a large volume while the price was still low. That was part of the appeal. Technically, I suppose it doesn't matter re. SP... BUT, in the end you will have a lot less shares......  I also think that since PLI has gone to great lengths to detail a reverse split in their reporting you can bet IT WILL HAPPEN.
