morning, thanks for the catch it is 1.3M options not 3M, but via SEDI i don't see a price, so i'm guessing either $0.00 or priceless but nonetheless not acceptable to not put a price on it, i always thought it was the price at the day granted... hope this clarifies it...but nonetheless big option grant like this was a big league company.. i can't imagine how high priced his full comp package is.
