RE:Offtake

RE:OfftakeCacheitup - No I’m just a smuck, who anticipated that Phinney would not be able to deliver knowing how difficult these things are despite assurances. The facts should speak for themselves and after 4 years of comments by many within his circles that have not added up. When you read all of his rhetoric, it doesn’t do anything. Nor am I a big fan of anyone who looks to blame others for his shortfalls. Considering he has not to sat down with the current management once doesn’t demonstrate his willingness to work with others or real concern for shareholders. You have a tangible deal in place versus a lot more smoke and mirrors with Phinney. It is so evident I am amazed in how many people can’t see through it.

As stated in your own post, many here represent only a few, not to mention some who don’t have any shares. I have no doubt the negotiations are serious. If concluded, the tide will certainly favour the current management. If not, I still don’t think Phinney will be able to do much more. Everything he proposes is not substantive and just a lot of make work projects like splitting shares. Anyhow I am not going to go through all the points that many can’t comprehend. While you have the Phinney camp, I am certain that many there are many none insiders who support for the opposing team other than myself. Then you have all those options that may be exercised if sorted out that will tilt the scale.

As for the low sodium content it is a valid feature given there high use of fertilises. My understanding is that they have many buyers for the balance.  Everyone is entitled to their opinion and will see what happens.

As for the contempt from those who do not think the same certainly isn’t very mature, but for winspear and all the Phinney lovers, I have large tube of KY they might want need.
