RE:RE:RE:RE:The downside risk to a TSX or Nasdaq listingI know the uptick rule was abolished in 2007 but no other rule changes except that a restriction was placed on a total short position so that the short position could not be more than the shares outstanding. This created the naked short positions that killed a few companies with more shorts out than shares issued. I always put my stock up for sale the moment I buy it. Except this one!! 

I will have to look into this further. I hope you are right Tunee70
