RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The downside risk to a TSX or Nasdaq listingTrue I agree with all you say. BUT !! It is our stock they are using to short against us. The brokerage is holding our shares in trust and they lend them out to short.  Then the person owning the shares should get a payment of sorts for this risk of their stock falling. With the present setup only the brokerage gains with no risk. Anyway I see it as a flaw in the system if your risks are increased and only others profit from it.
