Anyway, since nothing is happening, might as well speculate.  Can we safely conclude that Almonty is entirely out of the picture and won't be back with a unsolicited bid?

Also, if the merger was to close within two months, and Almonty lent $150,000 to cover WOF's expenses for that period, and if Dundee later lent $450,000 to pay back the Almonty financing and cover WOF's expenses, can one infer that WOF has enough cash from Dundee for a four month period beginning with the cancellation of the merger?
