RE:Reverse Splits...

RE:Reverse Splits...Moneysworth:

I would like to echo your sentiment(s) wrt reverse splits being the "kiss of death" for a stock. This fact has been (known) PROVEN for decades.

I would like to itemize them for my Lurk & Learns:

1. Reverse splits are the absolute worse thing you can ever hope for.

2. Will do absolutely nothing to enhance shareholder value.

3.  Liquidity isn't a bad thing especially with many holding large positions here.

4. Whether we're at 1.25, 2.50 or 5.00 the upside won't be enhanced any further, and we'll probably be hindered by a much smaller float.

5. This financing was actually a very good thing.

6. We will all look back and admit it was a shrewd move by Dev.

7. This world class deposit was de-risked long ago, and can only get much larger.

...please, please, please! Been playing this game for a long time, and believe me, reverse splits are the absolute worse thing you can ever hope for.
