RE:RE:class action

RE:RE:class actionReceived notice in mail today. This is a class action against Baja Mining Corp. (Baja), John Greenslade, Rowland L. Wallenius, Michael Shaw, Adam Wright and Price Waterhouse Coopers. LLP (collectively the "Defendants").

Ogryzlo and others including Greenslade's daughter Kendra Low have been dismisssed as defendants by the courts.

The class is being represented by Harrison Pensa LLP actinhg on a contingency basis, meaning they are not being paid fees or disbursements as the Class Action proceeds. In the event that a recovery is obtained in the Class Action, Class counsel fees and expenses will be paid out of any settlement or judgment obtained. Class memers will not otherwise be asked to pay Class Counsel's fees, disbursements and related taxes.

If you acquired Baja between Nov 1, 2010 and Apr 23, 2012 you are automatically in on the class action unless you chose to opt out.

So there you go. Now we know why the price has softened and stagnated. It's called UNCERTAINTY. Not sure about Baja but another companyy I owned had insurance to cover their lawsuit to the tune of $4,000,000. Personally, I hope they crucify Greenslade and the rest of them.
Ironically, I believe the person launching the suit is somebody I turned on to Baja years ago. At least he has the balls to go after Greenslade and company.
