RE:RE:RE:RE:class actionIf the judgement goes against BAJ, long time shareholders like myself will suffer. Throwing the spagetti against the wall and seeing what sticks is a poor way of extracting retribution from those who were responsible for the (alledged) malfeasance perpetrated by those in control at the time. Why should those that have already suffered pay additional penalties for the benefit of a select few (class action members and the lawyers) Greenslade put together this project but he paid himself handsomely for it and I am guessing that money is off-shore somewhere after all, the guy is a lawyer...
