Oh wow, is the glass half full or half empty . Again, that is not the reason that this stock is at its current price. Its against the bears and the bulls on this one. Shorts are still in but its now at a medium rate. Why do you think its going up and down between $1.08-$1.28 for the past while? Shorts will have to cover at one point if the bulls go heavy. Retail investors do not determine the price of the SP unless you could buy or sell by the block. C.um does not have to go to the world market to sell their copper. Its a one Japanese co. That buys it all on LME pricing. This is a long hold but the Co. are on the right track. Read some of Warren Buffett's style of investing.
