Quasi-green field? This is brown fields as far as CM and IM are concerned and IMO a reason why there has not been a huge amount of interest from larger companies. While I agree the resource has more credibility now, GoldExecute's observations about how the resource was calculated using MIK is a concern. Reading the reports there are several different kinds of veins on the property with significantly different grade ranges (No it is not one big vein 20 to 40 feet wide extending for 5 miles as has been reported here). If not constrained using hard boundary domains properly a lot of smearing could happen. The PR does not give enough details on this but MIK often does not use hard boundary domains. The project really needs a PEA before anything can really be known.
