proposals

proposalsI see that all the forthcoming information regarding the May 4th shareholders meeting and voting instructions are now available on the UBS website. I can certainly see why the board was reluctant to recommend one over the other given the vague and uncertain outcomes of either one. Unfortunately in the end the only winners might just be the lawyers and the players. Share consolidations rarely work out even though it is the only way to raise funding given the present share price. Still trying to figure where R.M. fits into all this and who's side he's on. As uncertain as either proposal is A.D.'s almost shows a little more direction. Ouch! I kind of like the idea of seeing where One Energy is going to go verses selling for a few pennies, and just about anything to do with the medical field these days given an aging population is not a bad thing either. Just wish I had some trust for the follow through knowing the history. aaaaggghhh.
