Maybe, but market didn't think much of the deal so far.  IF the deal happens, and that is far from a slam dunk at this point, the additional oil is quite a few months away, so it likely won't drive down oil price too much in near term. But if iran comes back on stream in say Q4, it may well prolong or at lest flatten the bottom.  That wouldn't be good for LEG, LTS and PWT that need a Q3-Q4 WTI recovery to meet their debt covenants.
