Other than Cantor (who was paid to offer their opinion of the buyout?) I haven't seen a single firm that all had buys and 12 month shareprice targets above the buyout price, offer an opinion on the deal.

Weren't there 6-7 firms covering AAA, not counting the one that was paid to issue coverage? That speaks volumes.
