The bigs boys buy and receive a bonus from the side to vote yes. We must keep our shares until the end. If class action, we will be in the game. All one has to do, is wait for another offer from a competitor and vote against this ridiculous offer. If everyone is selling, the vote will be very high for, and the bigs boys win.
