COS sp blew thru 20/50 day moving average

These are very powerful technical indicators. $12 will be test very soon and I suspect we blow thru $12 and head to $15 fast........the buyer is watching, I would not be surprized if TO re-start and we have $20 take with in the next 4 weeks.
