SCREW this new merger deal...it AIN'T good...I KNOW Rockcliff Resources.

I owned it for a couple years before I dumped it out of frustration.

I know Lapierre that runs Rockcliff Resources and I've talked to him several times.

The guy has been drilling Hudbay leftovers for several years now and has not hit anything substantial.

Rockcliff burns cash like confetti to dril and drill and then when they run out of cash they reverse the stock and then do it all over again.

Rockcliff  wants to get the Solvista cash to fund another couple drill programs and then the Solvista cash will be gone and then they'll want to roll back the shares of Solvista so they can drill some other Hudbay hand me down.

I've sent Solvista an e-mail to the effect that they SHOULDN'T do this DUMB merger and I'd suggest that everybody else that owns Solvista should do the same.

Just look at the history of Rockcliff yourself if you want to know what will happen.
