RE:Good news - bad news Never posted on CLL but read on Google News that they denied because of the New York suit with Credit Suise for 128mill or something like that and that it wasn't in the best interests of the lenders or something like that. 

Note: I live in Calgary and have friend in O&G and A LOT of talk is coming through the pipes about acquisitions for pennies on the dollar.

Thought about getting in around $5-600 or something just in case a deal was reached but thought it was pointless at this point for CLL.
