If AOS was to deside to fight the Govt.

If AOS was to deside to fight the Govt.
I would hope us brain dead shareholders would demand a vote on the BOD and their direction.Of course the BOD wouldn't mind keeping this in the courts and paying themselves hansomely for years to come. This would be the proverbial 'BEATING A DEAD HORSE' as far as I'm concerned.Take the cash and move on ,give the shareholders a dividend for our long, long standing support and start shopping for some 'REAL' assets instead of these dream properties out in never never land. This is an opportunity that should not be wasted but we have all seen what these BOD do when they inherit free cash  and unfortunately it's usually the wrong thing.
