The 2 directors from the UKIML wasted almost $1.0 million of investor money that was raised in Alberta (mostly) from its patient and loyal shareholders. The former Chairman of Fox Davies that remains on the IML Board (why??) was supposed to guide IML to an AIM lsiting with $10 million Canadian at as high a price as possible but the goal was at 20 cents a share. In actuality Fox Davies not only did a poor job, they did nothing! No funds (correct zero) were raised and the funds devoted to an AIM lisitng and all the hard work that went with it resulted in a big zero. Oh yes and Bill Hoole is an embarassment. Its almost like our 2 UK directors want IML to go into receivership.
The Company would be in big trouble right now IF the sale of the tin tantalum project did not occur, which I call a mini miracle. And that sale was no thanks to any of the exisitng directors.
We now have a great opportunity to create shareholder value. But I can think of at least 3 of the existing Directors who should resign NOW if they had any concern at all for the Company. Or will they continue to exhibit excessive greed and lack of integrity. I for one am not holding my breath- I AM holding my nose.
