The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 3,166,565 shares to settle outstanding debt for $316,656.57.

Number of creditors: 10 creditors

Insider: Triumvirate Consulting Corp. (P. Joseph Meagher), $13,300, 133,000 shares at 10 cents

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
